Frank Ocean Is Back With Two New Singles

After teasing the songs back in October at his night club event “PrEP+” and making them available as vinyls for people to purchase, “Dear April” and “Cayendo” are finally available on all streaming services. The versions that were released today are the acoustic versions and there are more versions of the songs including a Justice Remix for “Dear April” and a Sango Remix for “Cayendo” which will be out soon.

The songs are both, slow tempo acoustic guitar versions accompanied with some sooth organs and Frank’s heavenly voice. On “Cayendo” we find him singing in Spanish in an emotional ballad, describing how it is to fall for his lover who does not have the same feelings for him. ”Dear April” is also an emotional ballad in which Frank explains to his lover how their relationship is never going to be the same. The songs were highly anticipated by his fans and he finally released them after months of waiting, something that Frank usual does to tease the fanbase.
