Fear of God Fall 2026: Where Sport, Community and Culture Unite

Founded in Los Angeles in 2013, ‘Fear of God’ represents a particular vision of American design. For Fall 2026, the luxury fashion brand has turned to New York City, with a campaign exploring the relationship between sport, clothing and the communities that shape the city.

Shot by fellow New Yorker Renell Medrano and styled by Miyako Bellizzi, the campaign brings together ESSENTIALS Fall 2026, ESSENTIALS Signature, NFL ESSENTIALS and NBA ESSENTIALS.

New York, a melting pot of communities and creative influences, serves as the campaign's backdrop. The campaign draws on the city's character and the individuality of the people who call it home.

For the first time, NFL ESSENTIALS extends across all 32 franchises, bringing the collection to supporters of every team. Crewnecks and franchise hoodies are styled with bandanas and slouchy bombers. There is a clear nod to the ’90s throughout, with oversized proportions and familiar sporting pieces that recall the decade's approach to American streetwear. It is a true ode to the ’90s, with the styling feeling more like something found on the streets of New York than a conventional sportswear campaign.

The suede-effect, camel, bombers, in particular, sit well alongside the team hoodies and crewnecks. Paired with a white T-shirt and black shorts, the oversized jacket has a relaxed, slightly aloof quality. The warm camel colour also breaks up the darker sporting pieces without taking away from the simplicity of the look.

Sport has always had a place in how Americans dress, extending well beyond the field or court. Team clothing can represent community, a memory, or simply a part of someone's everyday wardrobe. The NFL and NBA collections draw on that familiarity, bringing pieces associated with American sporting culture into ‘Fear of God's’ wider approach to dress.

With New York at the centre of the campaign, Fall 2026 returns to the ’90s while keeping its focus on the way these clothes are worn today.
