This year’s Wireless Festival was extra special, a historic three-day takeover by none other than Drake, who brought a different level of star power and cultural energy to London. The city was alive with anticipation and adrenaline as fans flocked to see the global icon deliver back-to-back shows, and when the festival lights dimmed, the real insiders knew the party wasn’t over yet. For those in the know, New Wave’s afterparty at CoOc was the only place to be, the ultimate sanctuary for the bold to keep the celebration going long into the night.

CoOc is a sanctuary for creative liberation, designed for those unafraid to push boundaries. With an interior that fuses thought-provoking art installations with lush, immersive decor, every corner of the space whispered opulence and artistic provocation. Velvet textures, warm, moody lighting, and bold visual statements set the tone as guests stepped inside, instantly cocooned in CoOc’s alluring embrace.

As the beats reverberated through the intimate yet electric space, the stunning CoOc bartenders delivered service with finesse and charm. Glasses were never empty, thanks to an open bar stocked with the finest Monkey Shoulder Whiskey, Hendrick’s Gin, and the effervescent sparkle of Luc Belaire Champagne. Signature cocktails for the night included The Coconut Ostrich which was a fresh twist with Hendrick’s Gin, The Orange Candy incorporated a smooth Monkey Shoulder delight, and The New Wave Flute, a crisp pour of Belaire that kept the celebrations rolling on. As the night unfolded, the guest list filled with London’s most radiant creatives, tastemakers, and friends of New Wave. Among them were special guests like rapper Skrapz and the ever-stylish Tolami Benson, whose presence added another layer of allure to an already unforgettable night. An ideal location for exclusivity with a no phones policy as guests entered the venue being greeted alongside a complimentary CoOc branded sticker on their phone camera. All night beautiful people danced, laughed, and lost themselves in the CoOc atmosphere, a sanctuary that gave everyone permission to be boldly themselves.

Behind the decks, a line-up of DJs delivered the perfect sonic narrative for the night. Leo Sargon set the tone with a silky smooth blend of classic R&B and Hip Hop, coaxing guests onto the dance floor. As the crowd’s energy lifted, DJ PDR raised the temperature with infectious Afro House, R&B, and Afrobeats cuts, the dance floor became a sea of smiles and moving bodies. Next, DJ Nico kept the energy peaking with a high-octane mix of Hip Hop and Baile Funk that brought the room to a euphoric high. Closing out the night, DJ DONCH masterfully stitched together Dancehall, Hip Hop, and timeless classics, pulling everyone in for one final wave of collective joy.

Even CoOc’s lavatory became part of the experience, an intimate hideaway that extended the party’s energy in unexpected ways. With a DJ spinning smooth grooves in the background, the space transformed from a simple stop-off to a relaxed, communal nook where guests could laugh, chat, and catch a quiet moment before returning to the main floor. It was a subtle reminder that at CoOc, every detail, even the bathrooms, is designed to keep the vibe flowing. From the first sip of The Coconut Ostrich to the last beat dropped by DJ DONCH, New Wave’s Wireless afterparty at CoOc was an unforgettable statement of what nightlife can be when art, music, and community collide. The flow of the night was effortless, an intoxicating dance between sound, taste, and style, and CoOc’s budding reputation as London’s boldest sanctuary for the free-spirited lived up to its promise.
