Hockeysmith Presents Their Latest Single 'Down Love'

Cornwall's Hockeysmith (Annabel Hockeysmith) is back this week, presenting her first track of the year, Down Love. The single is the second track to be released from a series of sessions recorded in Paris during the first lockdown.

Staying true to Cornwall's drum and bass roots, Down Love provides an electric and ethereal sound. It is inspired by Maggie Nelson's book ‘Bluets’, personal relationship experiences, and car journeys on stormy days to the sea. Alongside the track comes stunning visuals by Callum Lynch, the hazy video is a collage of expressive shots, matching the emotion-driven song.
