Tolu Makay Reminds Us That We Are Enough In Her Empowering New Single

Inspired by Beyonce’s string of uplifting anthems, Afro-Irish singer songwriter Tolu Makay has come to share her light with her newest single ‘You Are Enough’. Featuring rustic electric guitar strums, delicately controlled vocals as well as live drum and bass, this track is the singer’s testament to her ability to deliver polished tracks that showcase her creativity and flare.  

‘You Are Enough’ is more than just another song added to the singer’s list of releases but an important call for us to take better care of our internal well being and to intentionally love ourselves. Tolu continues to build heavy momentum in her career as she is set to release a project in the future.

Speaking on the track she shares: "I wanted this to have a different dynamic in comparison to the rest of the songs in the project. How it starts is dramatic, its boisterous, unapologetic and still, musically it builds. This song is the last song in the project. It's like one is finally realising ‘Yes, I am a badass and Yes I am enough!’”
