In 1668, Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon made it his mission to create "the wine the best in the world." Each bottle strives toward harmony as a source of his inspiration. Over the years, a constellation of cultural icons have become part of this journey, with some inspired by Perignon and others inspiring it.

In the early 1960s, photographer Bert Stern was able to capture Marilyn Monroe with bottles of Dom Pérignon and it went on to become his legendary photoshoot to date.

In 1974, Robert Mapplethorpe photographed Dom Pérignon Vintage 1968 in a Polaroid and turned it into a New Years card. Andy Warhol famously spoke about getting 2000 bottles with a group of friends, intending to open them to mark the beginning of the millennium.

Since 2005, Dom Pérignon has continued to work with creative people that spark conversation and collaborations. These visionaries have helped shape the brand to what it is today and each of them have left a lasting mark on the Maison.

From May 12, 2025, seven iconic creators - Zoë Kravitz, actress, writer and director; Clare Smyth, three-Michelin-starred chef; Tilda Swinton, artist; Alexander Ekman, dancer and choreographer; Takashi Murakami, contemporary artist; Anderson .Paak, artist, producer, and director; and Iggy Pop, musician, singer, actor and radio presenter - each a defining force in their artistic field, will actively shape this new creative chapter, infusing Dom Pérignon’s journey with their distinct perspectives.

Acclaimed photographer Collier Schorr, known for her introspective approach, engaged deeply with each of the seven creators and Chef de Cave Vincent Chaperon, allowing their creative processes to unfold naturally. The result is an intimate portrayal of creation itself - a space where thought, inspiration, and reflection converge.

On the 16th of May, Dom Pérignon will host a showcase, inviting members of the public to explore a new chapter in the brand's life, as well as experiencing how Creation is an eternal journey.
