Diesel Rolls Out Pre-Spring 27 Collection

Diesel adapts runway concepts into accessible pieces in the Pre-Spring 2027. It leads denim innovation with experimentation in cuts, drapes, treatments and details to curate original garments. From conjoined leather and denim looks, to the reenvisioned polo shirt, Diesel offers catwalk creativity in everyday-wear.

“Everybody knows Diesel can party, now this pre-collection spotlights our day-to-day reality. Same energy, same subversion, with even more focus on materials, silhouettes and details,” says Glenn Martens, creative director of Diesel.

Belted miniskirts are cut short with hidden stretch shorts, paired with a fixed draped T-shirt. The draping is secured by an integral fitted layer beneath. This look is styled with a strong-shouldered leather jacket, defined by a fitted waist.

The brand-new D-One bag, introduced at the last Diesel show, makes an appearance. The bag has multiple buckle straps down the sides and is accessorised with a silver hair grip. It comes in many sizes and materials, showcasing its versatility. More seasonal iterations include the slouchy Grab-D bag and the D-Line, recognised for the signature ‘D’ on its strap buckle.

Diesel’s bold leather jackets are full of character, dyed in bright red, yellow or green. There is more leather, in the form of button-through dresses with jersey backs, making them extra wearable.

Some pieces blend two garments, either with treatments or simply connecting the materials.

Loafers nicely complements the looks, creating a comfortable balance. The line also reveals other footwear options, such as denim stilettos and kitten heels sporting the Diesel ‘D’. Diesel covers all bases by including new colorways for the D-Mile and Pagodha styles.

The party continues with unisex jewellery, ball-chain charms for personalisation and bold-coloured eyewear.

Diesel plays with the polo shirt, warping and extending the fabric to create pushed-back contrast collars and sporty stripes running down both sides.

This collection refuses to compromise on innovation, despite the adaption for everyday-wear. This is shown in the ultra-lightweight faded blue denim used for the utility jackets, trousers and shirts. Sporty tops, dresses and skirts also arrive with attached sleeves that can be tied differently.

The vibrant, chaotic prints capture the energy of a busy city “when life is lived fast”. The print appears on dresses, shirts, tops, cardigans and is at times paired with stripes and layered elements to “heighten the rush”.

The collection explores embroidery. Florals burst from the hem of blue denim shirt jackets and form the straps of a short denim dress.

A handwritten Diesel signature stitched on the neckline of T-shirts adds a classic touch, in the midst of prints and florals.

Proudly presented by Diesel, the collection displays a wide range of unique fabric blends and experimental designs, providing a glimpse of its latest innovation on runways in wearable designs.
