adidas Originals and Wales Bonner Take Their Vision On Pitch for Spring Summer 2026

The latest chapter of the collaboration between adidas Originals and Wales Bonner shifts decisively into performance with the Spring Summer 2026 On Pitch Collection, releasing today. Positioned in anticipation of the FIFA World Cup 2026, the collection extends the narrative established in the earlier lifestyle drop, bringing Wales Bonner’s design language directly onto the pitch. This next phase merges them, translating the collection’s deeper references into a functional, athletic context.



A key piece is a reworking of adidas football’s iconic Predator boot, recently worn by Myles Lewis-Skelly. The Wales Bonner Predator introduces a snake print upper, layered with dark brown detailing and a cognac leather tongue that reflects the brand’s signature material sensitivity. Mirrored silver Three Stripes cut across the surface, subtly referencing earlier Wales Bonner Samba iterations, creating a bridge between archive and progression while maintaining a distinctly expressive edge.



The wider offering builds around the boot, with a snake print panelled football and a full kit that continues this visual language. Tonal white crest detailing and Three Stripes form the base, disrupted by a vibrant floral graphic that introduces movement and contrast. Together, these elements push traditional football aesthetics into new territory, reinforcing the collaboration’s ongoing exploration of identity, heritage, and sport as a shared cultural space.



Bringing the collection to life, a campaign shot by Harley Weir places Myles Lewis-Skelly within a carefully constructed interior, where performance and lifestyle intersect. The contrast between the domestic setting and on-pitch product sharpens the narrative, while the still life series by Deo Suveera and Pamela Dmitrov shifts focus onto materiality, isolating each piece to highlight its construction and detail.
