90s, punk, a silver lion. NYC artist and songwriter Chloe Lilac’s You Were Good To Me, the April mixtape among an extensive discography features tracks that explode with fuzz. What has the reception been like since rolling out your new project?

The singles I’ve put out so far have been received well! It seems like people are really liking the new music. How is the tour going?

The tour is so much fun! We really love Pom Pom Squad and get along with them well! All the venues we’ve played have been cool too. All the fans are so sweet. This is my favorite tour I’ve done. It just feels like a road trip with friends. If your sound was a color, what would it be?

My sound would be red. Red is intense!

A favorite NYC hangout?

Prospect Park. I love it there.

Do you have a favorite rom com?

My favorite rom com is 27 Dresses. It’s my go to comfort movie. It’s so silly. I used to watch it when I was little.

An idol?

Hayley Williams all the way. She’s so cool.

A favorite mythological creature?

Unicorns.

What comes to mind when you think "nostalgia"?

Pre Covid!

A favorite movie?

My favorite movies are the Guardians of The Galaxy movies. They’re so fun!

Somewhere you’d really like to travel?

Europe.
