Wesley Joseph Unveils Brand New Single ‘If Time Could Talk’

Set to embark on a brand new chapter, singer-songwriter Welsey Joseph has made his awaited return to music with the release of his latest single ‘If Time Could Talk’.

Best known for his deeply melancholic yet soulful sound and intricate storytelling, Wesley Joseph is one of the UK’s most promising new voices, co-produced with Nicolas Jaar (The Weeknd, Mustafa, FKA Twigs), Harvey Dweller and Tev’n. ‘If Time Could Talk’ conveys all of the emotions of love, loss and desire, alongside self-directed visuals that see Wesley gliding through a woodland while sitting on a piano and other scenes of the Walsall born singer looking reflective while in the middle of a dance floor. 

“Ultimately the song is about the pull of a lost connection, desire, regret and romanticising the past - some of the songs I write have a really specific story and others are a feeling dramatised into a scene and “If Time Could Talk” feels more like that - emotional honesty, immediacy and melancholy all wrapped into an elated escape”. - Wesley Joseph

It has been an impressive few years for Wesley Joseph with the release of his acclaimed ‘Glow’ EP in 2023, debut  performance on the infamous COLORS platform and naturally formed collaborations with talented peers Jorja Smith, Loyle Carner, Joy Orbison and more, alongside a plethora of sold-out headline shows across the UK. 

Wesley Joseph is set to take centre stage at London’s Hideout for a very intimate show on 22 January, whether you’re a fan or new to his sound you won’t want to miss what is expected to be a very incredible night.
