She Gets What She Wants, ENNY Sets Her Intentions With Summer Scorcher 'I Want'

Seeing as it was a blazing Bank Holiday weekend, ENNY has delivered yet another classic red hot Hip Hop head bop with long term collaborator and friend Paya. These two work so well together it's inevitable that her upcoming EP will keep us warm well into the winter. 'I Want' gives us smooth percussion on the track and some shakers in the back, coupled with ENNY's smooth lyricism blending topical issues and reflections of a young person's life.

We're calling it now. This is the song for the summer.

Over the last 12 months, ENNY has seen an exponential rise in her stock since the release of 'Peng Black Girls' Featuring Amia Brave late last year and with a steady stream of singles and freestyles since, as well as already delivering a coveted COLORS ENCORE performance. A musician and singer from a very young age she is set to take the world by storm and we are very much looking forward to seeing where she goes from here.

ENNY's lyrics give immeasurable scope to issues affecting her and her peers, to the wider community and society. Self-care, identity crises and materialism are just some of the concerns she conveys with her upbeat flow. Above all she celebrates and recognises women in the music industry.

With 'I Want' she sets her intentions, manifesting a better life for herself which would unquestionably lead to a better life for her family and loved ones. She's investing time in her art but not too much that it would be to her detriment.

A list of ENNY's wants: world domination. It's not too much to ask! Seeing as it's easier now more than ever to cultivate international stardom, ENNY's work ethic and passion shine through on this track. The chorus giving others the courage to demand what they want too.

Annie Mac's Hottest Record in the World, 'I Want' debuted this evening. Speaking about the track ENNY commented:

'This tune is deffo a significant song in my musical journey as it was the first song that Paya and I made together. We had no expectation, just vibes, London and some wavy weather. I hope this tune paints more of a picture into the world I’m coming from and the story of the EP. This is one to bubble to and motivate you to get up and get what you want!!”
