Sam Wise Teams Up With Jesse James For Second Single ‘Cheque Came’ From Upcoming Mixtape

House of Pharaohs poet Sam Wise drops the second single from upcoming mixtape, ‘Cheque Came’ featuring Jesse James which premiered yesterday via Platoon Music. Produced by Joffstar (Backroad Gee), Sam Wise enlists Jesse James on this jazz-hop track, combining their signature sounds to form a soul tinted collaboration exploring the highs and lows of financial freedom.

The video follows Sam and Jesse throughout London scenes from cash splashed hotel rooms, to a local cafe and familiar cityscapes. Highlighting money as a demon, church shots and simple pleasures purify the visual, balancing the track's skewed theme. ‘Cheque Came’ follows Sam’s UK headline ‘The Free Game’ tour announcement. Commencing October 18th, the 8 date tour will make stops all over the UK, kicking off at Liverpool’s Kitchen Street before stops in Glasgow, Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester, Bristol and Brighton before the finale in hometown London at Electric Brixton on October 27th.

Following up to his 2019 EP ‘Sorry You Were Saying’, House of Pharoah’s self proclaimed poet Wise returned to his solo schedule with the first single ‘First Little Rollie’ from upcoming mixtape, ‘FreeGame’ earlier in the summer. Recognised for his lyrical versatility and laid back flow, Sam continues to effortlessly showcase his refreshing bars with a familiar sound. Collaborating with Hermxn and Leon Jordan on the production and Mighty Venna on the saxophone,
