Nando’s Goes Global with Amapiano and Uncle Waffles On Mix It Up Vol. 4

Nando's has recently unveiled Mix It Up Vol. 4, a dynamic Amapiano EP executive-produced by the celebrated DJ and producer Uncle Waffles. Waffles curated a diverse lineup, bringing together artists from various backgrounds to create a fusion of sounds that transcends borders. The EP features collaborations with Nigerian singer-songwriter FAVE, UK grime artist Ghetts, and North London rapper Chy Cartier, each contributing their unique styles to the project.

Production credits include South African talents such as Beats Slide, Royal MusiQ, and Makhanj, ensuring an authentic Amapiano experience.


Recorded across two continents, the EP was crafted in Nando's Flame Studios in Johannesburg and their Soho recording space in London, embodying the brand's ethos that "Life’s Better When You Mix It Up." This collaboration highlights the seamless integration of international cultures and music styles, celebrating the ever-evolving Amapiano genre. The project not only showcases musical talent but also emphasizes the importance of cultural exchange and unity through music.


Now in its fourth year, Nando's Mix It Up initiative, in partnership with the non-profit organization Bridges For Music, continues to celebrate South African heritage and platform emerging music talent. The project shines a light on the incredible sounds and talent coming out of the South African and global music scenes, driving Nando's broader initiative to change lives through its connection and influence within music in the UK and SA.



Mix It Up Vol. 4 is available for streaming across all platforms from September 19, 2025. To celebrate the launch, Nando's is hosting a party in London on Tuesday, September 23, bringing together artists, fans, and music enthusiasts to experience the vibrant sounds of Amapiano and the diverse collaborations featured in the EP.
