Modern Femininity: AMIRI X FC Barcelona Femení

Following the first season of its formalwear partnership with FC Barcelona, AMIRI has unveiled its Winter 2026 collection for Barça Femení. The looks bring the club’s colours into a wardrobe of grey wool tailoring, striped oxford shirts and garnet silk ties, with a leather blouson that makes a rather stronger statement.

The tailoring is precise, with grey pinstripes running through double-breasted jackets with broad peak lapels, balanced by trousers that fall into a very slight flare. The striped shirts and garnet ties keep the palette restrained, allowing the cut and proportion of each piece to do the work.

The blouson is cut from deep garnet lambskin, with a shirt collar, it breaks from the formality of the suiting providing a sense of edge. The Barça crest is embossed into the leather on both the chest and back, where it appears on a much larger scale alongside the BARÇA lettering. It is a bold treatment of the club crest, particularly against the otherwise disciplined palette of grey, white and garnet.

We have already seen AMIRI dress Barça’s men. Yet on Barça Femení, the effect is rather different. The single-breasted jacket gives the tailoring a cleaner line, while the trousers and garnet leather blouson bring a certain nonchalance to the formality. The combination is sharp, self-assured and, frankly, rather cool. There is something about the way the pieces come together that feels a little more daring than conventional team formalwear, without sacrificing the precision of the tailoring.

It is an appealing expression of modern femininity: assured, individual and entirely at ease. The clothes do not rely on overtly feminine details to make their point; instead, the appeal lies in the cut, the proportions and the confidence of the styling. The result leaves us wanting to see more of what AMIRI might do with Barça Femení.
