Fast rising, 16 year-old Lil Tecca has just dropped his debut project We Love You Tecca. After releasing his break through single Ran$om earlier this year. He soon went from secondary school to having a Top 10 in the Official UK Charts and over 230 million streams. Shortly followed by a remix with Juice WRLD, which also landed him a Top 5 spot in the Billboard Hot 100.
Today, Tecca releases his 17 track mixtape which has only one feature on it enabling him to show and prove his artistry. The Queens rapper gave up his beloved dreams of becoming a basketball player, after making a 'diss track' with a friend whilst playing Xbox before it blew up on Soundcloud, in a recent interview with Billboard he stated "You know how we just be going back and forth roasting each other. I just decided to record it and throw it up on SoundCloud". Everything is moving very fast for the rapper he also told Billboard "The way things are going keep catching my surprise. Every day could be different, so I'm just going with the flow right now. But my last four drops on SoundCloud went to No. 1 on there".
