Latin GRAMMY-Winning Artist TRUENO Returns With New Album ‘TURR4ZO’

Marking a brand new chapter, Argentine rap star Trueno has released his highly anticipated fourth studio album TURR4ZO, which follows on from a breakthrough run of live performances across the UK and Ireland, where he supported the iconic virtual band Gorillaz on their recent Mountain Tour, with his energy performances earning him notable praise from peers and critics.

After a three-month social media hiatus the album release also follows on from TRUENO’s recently delivered single ‘X UNAS LLANTAS’, which was accompanied by vibrantly shot black and white visuals, a music video that has already reached 2M views in just under two weeks. Full of a variety of sounds, all taken from the sub-genres of Latin music ‘TURR4ZO’ features some of the biggest names within the genre_,including Milo J, Maria Becerra, Rubén Rada, Neo Pistea, Andrés Calamaro, and Pity Álvarez.

TRUENO kicked off the year by collaborating with the multi-award winning band Gorillaz for single ‘The Manifesto’, the union saw TRUENO feature alongside Proof for the hit single which has surpassed 20M streams on Spotify, taken from the number one album ‘The Mountain’, the track is a clear standout. The Argentine musician is set to return to the UK in June to support Gorillaz at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 20th June.

Trueno continues to push the boundaries of Spanish-language hip-hop, reinforcing his position as one of the genre’s most influential and fast-rising global figures.
