Kwaku Asante Makes His COLORS debut With Feel Good Track ‘Strawberry Skies’

North West Londoner Kwaku Asante debuts his latest single ‘Strawberry Skies’ with an uplifting COLORS performance, bringing nothing but smiles, food for thought lyrics, and charisma, as the singer even manages to give his mum a cheeky shoutout. ‘Strawberry Skies’ follows on from the impressive, but utterly addictive singles ‘Until The Morning’ and ‘Free Spirit’, which were released earlier this year and taken from his upcoming project 'Blue Solstice Volume II’. Strawberry Skies is a continuation of Kwaku’s music that has been created to feed the soul.

It was only a matter of time before Kwaku Asante graced the stage of the infamous Berlin platform as the musician has already had an impressive few years, which has included selling out his headline show at Village Underground, releasing his Wanderlust EP featuring the sweet sounding ‘Thinking Of You’, supporting the likes of Pip Millet and Samm Henshaw on tour and being part of the Cloud X community, where the singer is set to grace the stage ever growing Cloud X festival next month that continues to be a pioneer for rising R&B, Soul, and Alt Rap acts.

Fresh off the back of his COLORS debut, Kwaku Asante continues on an upwards trajectory as he releases the visuals for the highly anticipated 'Strawberry Skies' music video, which is an ode to the iconic Funk & Soul era during the '70s and '80s. Living up to his playful persona and feel-good energy the visuals do nothing but support this with Kwaku owning the stage in some groovy, but nostalgic attire, comedic cameo's from Karim Bitar (The Beat London), and special appearances from singer-songwriter and fellow label mate Santino Le Saint, who blissfully exhibits his talent in playing the guitar during the cinematic performance.

A breathtaking way to kickstart the summer, the remainder of the year is looking promising for the singer who is set to release his 9-track EP 'Blue Solstice Volume 2' in September.
