Jorja Smith Returns With New Song 'Addicted'

Jorja Smith displays a series of looks and moods with a webcam recorded music video for her newest song Addicted.

The singer's first solo song of the year has showed off her soft vocals alongside the relaxed and subtly playful vibe of the accompanying music video. The visuals directed by the songstress herself and Savanah Leaf see Jorja Smith in a range of outfits and backgrounds including her sitting comfortable on a couch, singing under fireworks and glammed up on a mirrored floor as she serenades listeners.

Addicted speaks on a flawed romantic situation as the singer exclaims 'You are not addicted to me/I’m the only thing you should need/You should be addicted to me'. The song follows a different narrative from her last solo single 'By Any Means' which delivered a more serious and informative tone in response to the BLM movement which touched upon the injustice that Black people face due to inequality and racism.

Jorja Smith was most recently featured on the remix of Peng Black Girls by ENNY late last year which was performed live on ColorsxStudios.
