Artist Nippa Returns With incredible New Single 'Homegrown'

Nippa returns with new single 'Homegrown', featuring US rapper and singer Blxst. The track has quickly rose to fame after soundtracking the launch of the 2026-27 Tottenham Hotspurs' kit last month. Described by Spurs as a song for the community, this song is a heartfelt celebration of identity and individuality, and how his own resilience has been shaped by those he has grown up alongside. 

'Homegrown' is an anthem for home, for heritage. An incredible stand alone track which encapsulates the struggles and the beauty of overcoming adversity, while wanting to stay connected to the roots which had caused it.

Nippa explains: "Homegrown is definitely a track about bringing everyone together through the ups and the downs…we’re stronger together. This is who we are, this is where we're from.” 

Even from the first listen, it is clear that 'Homegrown' is going to become a global favourite once again. A project which seems intentional and carefully woven, influenced by jazz and electronic music. There is an inherent rhythm, something which doesn't seem forced but natural, like it was meant to be there. The use of reverb and layered vocals create something sonically rich and soulful, intensified by the lyricism. The collaboration between the two artists work seamlessly, and it is clear that the journey was not lead by one, but truly made with togetherness. It is an emotive, perfect example of modern R&B, with its rhythm and blues creating the sound of someone who is fully confident in their identity as an artist.

This is Nippa's first single since 2025's 'Hope She Hears This' EP, which gained massive global attention. It marks a new era for Nippa, and something bigger to come in his musical career.
