Yems01 Sets the "Mood" with New Single ft MrHeadA$$Trendy

Yems01 returns with new single "Mood" featuring US rapper MrHeadA$$Trendy.

Following the release of his last EP, Freddy vs Jason, which was a project that used rap as horror expressionism - this new track takes on a more relaxed and laid back sound. Opening with a skit from Rick and Morty, it's clear from the beginning that listeners shouldn't expect something average but a little esoteric from the track.

Over a heavy bass -a signature of Yems' music- and electronic production, meshed with the phlegmatic tone and flows of both artists, the single sets out as a complimentary track to a great sunset. There is also a refreshing shift created in the track through the contrast in the pace of both Yems and Trendy's flows. It's the first time Yems' has enlisted a rapper from overseas, and a good choice he makes, as Trendy compliments his sound incredibly.
