Brixton singer-songwriter Nia Smith find herself expressing the pain and heartache that comes with loving someone to deeply, who doesn’t equally reciprocate.
Speaking about 'Little Red Car', Nia says; “Little red car was one of them songs I just NEEDED to write to allow myself to let go of a situation that was bittersweet to me. This song touches on both sides of the coin, the sweet memories and the bitter feelings.
The 21-year-old vocalist is raw as her soulful tone rolls through a soundscape composed of emotive piano chords and drums produced by produced by Grammy and Ivor award winner Fraser T Smith and written by Ed Thomas.
Yesterday Nia opened for Jordan Rakei at The Royal Albert Hall before she takes off on a scheduled US & UK tour with Elmiene.
The British musician has also revealed that debut EP Give Up The Fear will be coming out next month on November 8th.
