FBG GOAT Taps In With Young Thug For New Single "Private Phones", Produced By London On Da Track

Following his collaboration with influential rapper, Future on "Aerobix", Memphis rapper FBG GOAT has joined forces with Young Thug and notable producer London On Da Track for his new single "Private Phones" from his upcoming project "Mounds 2".

The track opens up with words by fellow FBG (Freebandz Gang Label) artist & founder Future "Ever feel like you..." over a melodic flute journeying through the stormy rainy weather, conveying the sentimental touch which unveils the deeper theme of pain throughout the song. Future's intro gives way to FBG GOAT to tell us how he feels. The Memphis rapper delivers a heartfelt yet broken opening as he "Lost his cousin" and doesn't know who to "Talk to when things ain't right", allowing listeners to feel his delicate side because of how many people close to him he's lost and his struggle to the top whilst maintaining that he could "Never swap deals with the devil".

The London On Da Track production hears both rappers expressing their deep-felt emotions on a somber beat best suited to Young Thug's vocals. The eminent rapper is known for his struggle rap, from the losses of close friends, sacrifices, and aside from the fun, lively music he makes, reflected in a lot of his songs. These relatable aspects are what drives both FBG GOAT and Young Thug, therefore making them the perfect collaboration for "Private Phones".

The single is definitely a tune for those who have dealt with similar situations as the artists, and for those who have not, you feel the rapper's pain either way. Along with "Aerobix", "Private Phones" is another great warm-up for what to expect from FBG GOAT's upcoming project, as he's so far given us two impressive songs accompanied by note-worthy guest features.
