The brand new Bolt bag from Christian Dior is as striking as its name - Jonathan Anderson has been toying with the cannage pattern since his debut, but the motif has taken on an almost athletic form for Winter 2026-2027.

Unveiled as part of the season’s accessories offering, the Dior Bolt represents Anderson’s continued exploration of movement and utility within Dior. While the cannage motif remains instantly recognisable, it appears flatter and more graphic here, lending the collection a contemporary energy that feels distinctly in step with the designer’s vision for the House.

The crossbody bag is defined by its structured silhouette and clean lines, crafted in leather and punctuated by a single flap pocket that reinforces its functional appeal. Metallic handles emblazoned with the Dior signature introduce a bold graphic element, while a spacious interior ensures the bag is equipped for everyday use. Alongside the leather iteration, Dior has also introduced a tweed and leather version, similarly elevated through the application of the cannage motif.

Elsewhere, the Dior Bolt Duffle offers a softer interpretation of the collection’s design language. Its supple construction and foldable silhouette are accentuated by D-shaped rings that create a sense of fluidity and movement. Zip fastenings and removable straps, each finished with Dior’s metallic signature, allow for multiple carrying options while maintaining the collection’s polished aesthetic.
