Billie Eilish continues her release of singles in the run-up to her second studio album 'Happier Than Ever' with 'Lost Cause'. This time she softly hits out in the most comfortable way possible: at a sleepover, with some friends, having the time of their lives. Here, Billie is championing self-care and in her self-directed visuals shows how unbothered she is by everything. In fact, fans have noted how 'carefree, comfortable and confident' she seems. She also knows that the more confident and embodied she presents herself the more people will come out to criticize her. So this song is for them as well.

Eilish is definitely at her most comfortable right now and it's hard to see her slowing down with the momentum she's gaining. With this new project and era she is also showing herself in a new light, at her most sexy and fun. This might be a weird comment to make about the young popstar but we only have to look at her latest Vogue cover to see that she is owning it. It's OK to feel sexy. It's not ok to be sexualised.

Nothing has changed though. She's still goofy old Billie, she's just showing us a different side to her.

Something that Billie Eilish is also bringing to her sold-out 'Happier Than Ever, The World Tour' is a partnership with REVERB giving fans an 'Action Village'. Set up at each show to raise awareness of BIPOC and women-led environmental organisations as part of the 'Music Climate Revolution' campaign, there will also be a big focus on reducing the tour's environmental footprint.
