South-East London duo BexBlu and Paul Stephan's new track 'Never Relax' is an utterly brilliant piece of music. Quintessentially UK rap, brimming with energy, BexBlu has created a sound which acts as the perfect groundwork for Paul Stephan's layered lyrics, attacking it with something infectious and exciting. The track itself is built around maintaining a forward motion. Percussion and rhythm is used to create a listening experience like no other, a track which is sonically heavy but feels natural and authentic. From the very second you press play, the sound begins to absorb you entirely. The atmosphere created from one sole duo alone leaves you imagining the sheer effects of this being performed live. BexBlu, a 21-year old producer and DJ, this new single marks a triumphant year for his career. At age 14, he began uploading remixes on SoundCloud, reworking old-school grime tracks into something new and modern. Now, he stands as one of the most unique up and coming producers in the UK, mimicking a localised British sound through his own production style.

Paul Stephan, likewise, has had a year of much success. His crafty lyricism draws inspiration from his childhood, growing up in an underrepresented part of England's capital. His sharp delivery makes the track impossible not to move along to.

This year, the pair sold over 2,000 tickets across a sold-out UK headline tour, and they hold more than 150 million Spotify streams, and 900,000 monthly listeners.
