Alt-R&B Singer ELIZA Lays Down Her Dreamlike Vocals on Latest Single ‘Cheddar’

ELIZA (formerly Eliza Doolittle) has returned with her latest single ‘Cheddar’, a smooth drum led single that sees the singer lay down her silk vocals. Taken from her forthcoming new album “The Darkening Green”, out on 4 March. 

Written and produced by ELIZA with Finlay ‘Phairo’ Robson and EMIL (Loyle Carner, Sampha, Doja Cat), ‘Cheddar’ details the complexities of love, life and our own personal battles with ourselves, the track follows on from the recently released ‘Anybody Else', both singles giving listeners a feel of what’s to come from her forthcoming album. 

ELIZA has had a remarkable career from being best known as a pop princess, to featuring on Disclosure's acclaimed 2013 single ‘You & Me’ to leaving the major labels, rebranding herself and her sound, with that the singer explored the world of alternative R&B and has thrived ever since, rightfully becoming a household name within her space. ELIZA has released since some of her best music to date with the release of her album’s ‘A Real Romantic’ and ‘A Sky Without Stars’, her iconic 2017 COLORS performance of single ‘Wasn’t Looking’ has racked up over 33M views on Youtube and led to collaborations with the likes of Ragz Originale and James Solomon.
