British Nigerian musician Adejosh is slowly but surely becoming a prominent name within the UK Afrobeats scene. The 24-year-old singer and songwriter has loved music since he was little. Starting off in church, he began his journey as a keyboardist and session musician, progressively learning the ins and outs of producing high quality music whilst touring all over the U.K. from a young age. Adejosh was first introduced to the scene with his Confident EP which dropped back in 2016. Featuring the likes of Afro B and New Age Musik, straight off the bat he had already made a bold statement as an up and coming artist. Dropping a string of successful singles including Issa Vibe and FYPM, he has recently dropped a brand new single entitled Reload It. Tapping into the sounds of Afrobeats, Dancehall, Hip-Hop and R&B, Adejosh brings a contemporary and youthful element to an otherwise timeless sound. Reload It's production is enriched with the traditional chops used in the Afrobeat sound as well as the saxophones, guitars and real Afro-inspired rhythms. Adejosh has decorated the track with adlibs, Nigerian dialect and melodic vocals which has ultimately created a feel-good, danceable record. Watch the visuals to Reload It below.
