Dom Pérignon Unveils Limited Edition Partnership with 90s Artist Damien Hirst

For nearly three decades, the Champagne house Dom Pérignon has invited leading cultural icons to reinterpret its universe. From Karl Lagerfeld to Lenny Kravitz to Lady Gaga. Today, Damien Hirst, one of the defining figures of the Young British Artists generation, becomes its latest collaborator.

With Tate Britain’s forthcoming The 90s: Art and Fashion exhibition due to open to the public soon, Hirst adds another dimension to the 90s revival. With Hirst's work helping define a visual language of the era, the collaboration joins contemporary art and pop culture. Together, they have released a 2026 limited edition bottle design to celebrate their creative worlds colliding.

At the heart of the collaboration, Hirst reimagines Dom Pérignon’s shield logo through his kaleidoscopic motif in which the emblem shifts across the composition. Known for compositions that transform repeated organic forms into intricate, and hypnotic patterns, the artist found a parallel in Dom Pérignon’s own art of assemblage: bringing together grapes from a single vintage to create harmony from the distinct character of each harvest.

Two distinct palettes represent the wines: deep blue, evoking infinity and spirituality, for Dom Pérignon Vintage 2018, and a warm pink for Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2010, reflecting the latter’s expressive Pinot Noir character.

The bottles themselves offer another study in contrasts. Vintage 2018 is defined by minerality, fruit, salinity and tactile depth, while Rosé Vintage 2010 offers a denser, more intimate expression driven by Pinot Noir.

The two limited editions are available from Selfridges from 1 October, priced as follows:

  • Dom Pérignon x Damien Hirst Vintage 2018 Limited Edition Gift Box: £230

  • Dom Pérignon x Damien Hirst Rosé Vintage 2010 Limited Edition Gift Box: £405
