A$AP Rocky's Motorsport Puma's Worn on Tour Are Now Available to Buy

PUMA's Creative Director of the F1 Collections, non other than A$AP ROCKY has finally released the shoes he was wearing during his latest US tour for the public to purchase. With his tastemaker eye and undoubtedly talented style take, A$AP ROCKY took to the brand's vaults for inspiration for the new model but with some improved comfort updates.

The fashion mogul was drawn to the 2005 Ouninpohja Explorador II materials and technical design work from the archive in its bold footwear features and rally racing characteristics. For this summer's release, a Vibram ® sole has been added as the newest update to the 2005 shoe as it's first co-branded sole with a red PUMA signature cat logo near the toe. The design screams adventure and big statements, aligning perfectly with the rapper's start to his European leg of the 'DON'T BE DUMB' tour where performance and energy are at the forefront of his style.

A$AP ROCKY on the his latest release with PUMA: “I wanted to rename the shoe Straycat,” said A$AP Rocky. “The name captures the spirit of the outlier, built for rugged terrain racing, now living on the streets. This 2005 icon returns with style and we’ve reengineered it for the future.”

The A$AP Rocky x PUMA Straycat is available now, August 27^th worldwide at PUMA.com, PUMA retail stores and select accounts. Today only, wildflowers inspired by the campaign will be handed out to fans in select locations in London and Amsterdam celebrating the launch of this style and the kickoff to the European leg of his tour.
