5 Songs That Didn't Make Drake's 'Care Package'

Following the recent news that Drake has just achieved his ninth No.1 album on Billboard with the nostalgic release entitled Care Package - a well overdue compilation album of unreleased classic tracks and loosies, that have been dropped on the likes of Soundcloud and YouTube over the years. Moving over 109,000 equivalent album copies in it's first week, we have put a list together of 5 songs that didn't make the cut for Care Package that maybe should off. 'Enough Said' Aaliyah ft Drake Back in 2012, Drake released Enough Said which featured never-before-heard vocals from Aaliyah. Produced by no other than 40, the after-hours, smooth and ethereal felt R&B track has later become of Drake's most notable and iconic releases. With Aaliyah's rich and catchy hook "yeah yeah yeah", this was one of a few that we think should've made the cut for Care Package.

'0 to 100 / The Catch Up' The 2014 release of 0 to 100 / The Catch Up actually receieved 2 Grammy nominations despite not making an album. Originally a beat for Diddy, Drake was sent it to ghostwrite for him but instead kept it for himself and made a monumental hit from it. Sampling James Blake, a more boastful track from Drake "I been Steph Curry with the shot / Been cookin’ with the sauce, Chef Curry with the pot, boy." The track was originally released on his website before making an appearance on YouTube.

'Sweeterman'

In 2015, the OVO Radio debuted on Apple Music's Beats 1 Radio where Drake dropped his Sweeterman (Remix) - his own version of Ramriddlz's track. Yes, it's a remix which is why it didn't make Care Package but still..! When megathit Hotline Bling being dropped on the second episode, Sweeterman was soon drowned out. Arguably one of my favourite Drake song, it will have these lines repeating in your head for the rest of the day "Girl I know you wanna / You know I wanna / Yeah, she keep giving me looks".

'Wildfire' (Remix) In May of 2011, Drake released the Wildfire Remix. A track from SBTRKT in collaboration with Little Dragon, what was it missing? A verse from Drake.. he released it via his blog entitled October's Very Own.

'We Made It' ft Soulja Boy

Soulja Boy and Drake have made there fair few headlines this year, the pair collaborated on We Made It back in 2013. Soulja Boy helped Drake reach new heights with the 2013 loosie, sampling Kenny Powers from Eastbound and Down the song became a quick hit.
