After revealing a number of teasers by wearing his own collection, Kida Kudz drops his collaborative collection with clothing brand Daily Paper. The line consists of a matching set of sweatpants and sweatshirt, an oversized graphic t-shirt all stamped with co-branded graphics boldly representing both parties as well as boxers and the highly demanded Jiggy Boyz wave cap.

Speaking about the collaboration on the Daily Paper Instagram story earlier this week, Kida Kudz answered a few questions about the collection and his music. As an artist that works to highlight his Nigerian heritage in every way possible, he describes the designing process as 'organic', inspired by his restricted but stylish fashion sense as a child. 'Growing up in Nigeria, I didn't grow up in a sweet area, it was the hood. We were all poor in my area but that didn't stop us from looking good by the way.'

Daily Paper is a global, contemporary clothing brand that already prides itself on reflecting 'the rich heritage of African Culture' which inspired its founder Hussain Suleiman, Jefferson Osei and Abderrahmane Trabsini. The brands are paired together perfectly, forming a continuation of their collection expression. 'I have a strong relationship with fashion and that is why I could link up with people like Daily Paper to make this collection.'

He also announces the release of the Jiggy Boyz album has been postponed with a release date in 2021 or 2022.
