On Repeat: Switch - Fr Joey

After shutting down at House of Pharaoh’s headline show this thursday, FR Joey debuts his first ever visuals for new track 'Switch'.

This record is our latest addition to our 'On Repeat' segment and a song perfect for the summer if you plan on 'switching lanes'...or pillow talking during this time of year. The melodic hook has an infectious tone and bounce to the instrumental, produced by Levi Lennox, almost certain to be in any listeners rotation.

The video has a simple but vibrant colourful aesthetic with everyone featured in the video staying true to that. FR himself has several outfit changes that reflect his style and each of the scenes. Switch has an upbeat jumpy tone throughout that is bound to have people bopping. Fr switches up his flow accordingly as he talks about switching lanes, therefore making the almost 4 minute video feel like a smooth creative experience. As the video fades out Fr gives a taste of what could potentially be a new track called 'Stay True'

The visuals directed by Azeez Abello and produced by D'Benj is an energetic experience with slow motion frames which accompany the song in a very engaging way. A quality visual to a song that has great potential to make waves over the course of the next few months.

The audio for Switch is out soon but until then check out FR Joey on all socials as well as Spotify and Apple Music. He is definitely one to watch.
