Taloula Shares New Funky Smooth Single 'M3TAMORPHIN’

Rising French Funk jazz artist Taloula releases her new nostalgic single ‘M3TAMORPHIN’ as a follow-up to the playful yet silky ‘Danger’.

Still considered a new voice in the R&B scene, Taloula is a breath of fresh air in terms of her sound and authenticity. Now based in East London, and heavily influenced by American R&B sound Taloula's music influence stems from a awray of sources.

Seeping in that 80s feel ‘M3TAMORPHIN’ is produced through Taloula’s old Yahama PSR 7, and creates an atmosphere made up of upbeat percussion and a raw baseline that keeps you moving.

High notes are softly sung effortlessly in a sensuous manner with her sweet and crisp r&b mesmerising vocals that contrast against the bright beat.

She urges you to let go during her soft melody but, smoothly transitions into an addictive and catchy rap verse. Finding freedom in expression she drifts into a space of high frequency.

We are drawn into the singer's personal world as she enjoys the newfound freedom found in being present in the moment. Speaking about the meaning of the song, she says “I wanted to offer the listeners a view through the window of childhood imagination and a carefree spirit.”

After releases her debut EP The Evolution Of Taloula, we can now look forward to her unnamed debut album which is rumored to be on route to being released later this year.
