Suté Iwar Shines Bright On New Single' STAR PLAYER' with Kadiata

Blurring the lines between genres Suté Iwar collaborates with Kadiata to provide warm West African tones and softly delivered lyricism on 'STAR PLAYER'.

On 'STAR PLAYER' Suté is melodic in his approach as he rejoices in being present in the moment and gives thanks for the journey.

Produced by bAd entity, gentle synths and subtle electronic elements provide peace and tranquillity with the fluidity of the production, giving the effect of an aquatic river stream. Tension is eased, and a space of healing is created as you enjoy the sounds of nature.

Complimenting the smooth Afrobeat and alt R&B frequencies in perfect cohesion is Kadiata. The Londoner styles on the track with nonchalance. Cruising with ease he raps “Clouded by opinions that were never facts to me, I was looking for an unholy matrimony put the ring on the finger of the cash money.”

Intelligently he reinforces the idea with clever lyrism that in the past he was listening to false opinions but now he’s fond of clarity through his own experiences and the success he now enjoys.

Speaking on the single Suté said: "'STAR PLAYER' is a song about embracing the unknown and finding your path. It's about shining bright in adversity, even during difficult times. The lyrics encourage listeners to stretch out and explore while staying true to themselves.”

The track is taken from his upcoming debut album, ‘ULTRALIGHT’, which will be dropping next month in April. The project contains 15 tracks and has been composed in the creative form of a fictional Netflix documentary about Suté.

And exploring the very essence of what makes him, Suté works with a collection of UK, West African and American artists on the project which provides a true reflection of all the sounds that have influenced him to date.
