R&B Duo Temptress Unveil 90s Style Throwback Track 'SOS'

Vlad and Jess from London have been working together since 2016 totalling over 3 million streams to date with their bountiful music releases and are back with this brand new lockdown anthem 'SOS' a track about missing friends and family and knowing you can't be with them but always knowing they're one call away if you needed them.

Having sold out shows at The Pickle Factory, opening for rapper Rejjie Snow, performing at Clara Amfo's 'About' showcase, 'SOS' follows their previous 2020 release 'Baby Blue', displaying their knack for producing pop-R&B moulded tracks with a dip into a 90s flavour, 'SOS' is yet again a display of Temptress' ability in terms of fresh and engaging production.

With their visuals being superhero inspired, drawing from references by PootieTang and The Matrix, the duo self-directed and starred in the visuals whilst also running their own production company Plastic Fruit Studios.

“The video is a fun take of the SOS theme, the Lo-Fi avengers. Where superhero (Jess) is out fighting crime and receives an SOS from Vlad who has been kidnapped...” says Jess. The track delivers a new-age version of pop and R&B that helps us feel more in tune with togetherness even though physically separated.
