B Joux Keeps Stacking 'Regardless' In New Single
B Joux began the year with a new single Nightmares, a slow-burning R&B record about the trials many faces in romantic relationships. B Joux hen released a reprise of his 2018 project Lost Time and now the East London artist is back with some new music to further stamp his intentions for the new year.
B Joux's new singles Regardless and Fool Me Once are drastically different sounds that are perfect examples of the artist's range. Regardless is a Drill inspired, high energy and motivational record that speaks to the by any means necessary mentality, further emphasised by the single's artwork featuring a modified image of Malcolm X, with a skull replacing his head, keeping a similar theme to the artwork for his previous single Nightmares. Regardless is a relatable song that injects a 'go get it' mentality into the listener in any difficult circumstance. The instrumental produced by AB the Creator is a hard-hitting record with some gospel influences in the sample used.
B Joux Describes Regardless by saying "Regardless is an experimental rap song that I made that pulls heavily from Drill. The concept is the song is about going hard for what you want regardless of your circumstances. The Drill sound that is touching the globe right now has the perfect aggression in the baseline and the drums/ 808s needed for that relentless feel."
