Raheaven Reveals New Single And Visuals For '2Personal'

The R&B singer has unveiled her rhythm 'n' bop ditty that comes just after her debut single '7AM' which received glowing reviews across the industry. Produced by Cadenza who has worked with the likes of Jorja Smith and M.I.A, the track comes alongside a glittering and glowing visual emitting soft tones and colours which suits Raheaven's vibe and personality. Whilst moulding together old-school R&B soul with a addictive beat, Raheaven has proved that she is one to watch on the scene.

Speaking on her new track, Raheaven has said: "Although I’m being vulnerable, I’m also talking my shit and i’m not trying to let my guard down, we don’t do that around here for just anybody. I’m not crying about him not calling me back, I’m more just like… you didn’t call me back? Do you know who I am? Goodnight, TTYL. I wish you all the best.”

Raheaven is someone who was always surrounded by music. Growing up as the eldest of five in North London, after her parents move to the UK from Eritrea back in 1989, they decided to form a band with other Eritreans. Of course this was before Raheaven was born but it is clear that the musical strands that run through her parents were passed down. With her father being able to play almost any instrument and her mother a confident icon to her, they created a band to raise money for Eritrean civilians during its 30-year war for independence. "There is always music in my house. So, from a young age I knew how important music was and what it could do for people. I wanted to do that.”
