NiNE8 Collective's Lorenzo RSV Drops Hard-hitting Track 'Cycles'

West London-based artist Lorenzo RSV, part of the notorious London crew NiNE8, has released his latest single 'Cycles', a short and sweet track with old-school looping strings that bring Lorenzo RSV a step closer to colouring in his identity within the group and fortifying his place in the underground Hip-Hop scene.

Playing by his own rules, Lorenzo RSV draws influences from musicians and producers such as Pharrell as he doesn't usually fit into one category or one avenue of sound. As Pharrell continues to push himself into different spaces within fashion or music, Lorenzo RSV takes this into consideration and has realised that he can choose pave the way for his creative endeavours even if it doesn't exist yet.

In terms of his rap flow and musical creativity, Lorenzo RSV loves to build a narrative within his music similar to the likes of Pusha-T where he can rap about real life experiences, which is something that Lorenzo RSV finds important, as he strives to be able to make people understand where he's coming from, whether it be through sound or imagery.

With the release of 'Cycles', the visuals, shot by Taylor Cassar, is displayed in black and white and highlighting the political issues that we have faced within the past year or so with the mentioning of Black Lives Matter and news snippets talking about protests and social issues.
