Amaarae Joins Rvdical The Kid In Vibrant New Offering “NASA.”

Rvdical The Kid has gifted us with a glimpse into his forthcoming project, entitled ‘Little Planet’ with a gorgeous offering in the form of ‘NASA’. Featuring frequent collaborator Amaarae.

Known for crafting swirling, psychedelic sonic experiences on each release that bursts with vibrant grooves, enticing rhythms and alluring vocals. ‘NASA’ lives up to our expectations and much more. Anticipate more colourful soundscapes to vibe to in future, on the upcoming EP ‘Little Planet’, it’s going to be a wild one.

Speaking about the inspiration behind ‘NASA’, Rvdical The Kid says, “it is a fun record I made with nothing particular in mind other than the pursuit of the exhilarating feeling of creating. The process of creating the record almost felt like an acid trip, flowing through synths, drums and foley that carefully landed me on a very ethereal and spacey and beat. My love for contrast and juxtaposition informed the almost obnoxious pitch screwed bass that drives the entire record”.

Expanding on how the track developed with Amaarae, Rvdical adds that, “When Amaarae heard it she knew exactly what to do. Getting her bars off about intergalactic strippers and riding the beat like a spaceship. This record is a demonstration of me and Amaarae trading beats for bars”, with Amaarae sharing her songwriting inspiration on the track, “NASA would be the theme song if Rick and Morty got loaded on shrooms, hopped on a spaceship and landed at an intergalactic strip club with a back room brothel where Black Chyna is the madam”.
