The wait is over and, we can finally look forward to a new album from Ciara.
The R&B and soulful infused artist with killer moves released the single "Level Up" on the 18th of July.
The song came after signing a new record deal with Warner Bros. After her split from Future, becoming a mother and marrying her current husband Russell Wilson it is evident that Ciara has grown as a woman and as an artist.
The new single from Ciara is empowering, uplifting and fun! When we think of Ciara we automatically recall her most beloved tracks such as "Goodies", "Get Up" and "1, 2 Step", tracks that make us appreciate Ciara's ability to create feel good music that challenges fans universally to get up and dance. The new empowering song "Level Up" samples the DJ Telly Tellz Jersey Remix of "We are Young" which then created the viral "Fuck It Up" challenge. On the back of DJ Telly Tellzs' viral track Ciara created the Level Up challenge. Ciara used this single to reconnect with her fans by creating a nostalgic feel to this new single.
"Level Up" is a positive and motivating track and definitely a breath of fresh air coupled with a hypnotic beat produced by J.R. Rotem. The catchy upbeat song is a perfect song to work-out to! Ciara gets the young and talented Parris Goebel to direct and choreograph the music video which was the perfect match of two talented dancers. Parris' dance group called "ReQuest Dance Crew" feature in this music video dancing alongside Ciara in sync. The song through to the music video projects that Ciara is levelling up and better is yet to come!
